Plywood, AKA Woody, was one of a large number of cats left behind when his owner was evicted. A CAN volunteer discovered the situation and started feeding the hungry cats. She was horrified when she spotted Woody with a large wound on the left side of his face, from his eye all the way up to his ear. She captured him, and a vet at the clinic where she works performed an amazing surgery to repair the damage. So here’s Woody, a few months later, almost as good as new and ready for a new home! Woody’s complete story is a feature article in Cat Angel Network’s Fall 2011 Newsletter so we expect him to be quite a famous cat-about-town :) Wouldn’t you like to add this sweet & active celebrity to your household? He is neutered, tested negative for FeLV and is current on required vaccinations. Woody has a special need that does not require meds & should not affect the length or quality of his life.

Please consider welcoming Woody into your home by visiting the website at www.catangel.org.

The Cat Angel Network was founded in 1996 and is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) no-kill cat rescue organization.
