Well, we’re a little light for this rather odd holiday week(end). Which weekend is the holiday weekend anyway? The Fourth is on Wednesday so I guess technically the holiday weekend could go either way. My vote would be to give up trying to pin it down and have the holiday weekend all week. If you can get YOUR boss to go along with that let me know maybe you can talk MINE into it too!
Jim Meck and the Bill Koss Combo will be busy this time both with two shows with some other WTIM favorites filling in the cracks. The big stages are getting busy again as is always the case this time of year. I guess they’re not afraid of being snowed in in July. Check out the amazing number of Country acts hitting the stage this time, I would, in fact, be picking the Miranda Lambert show as the pick of the week were it not for the AMAZING JT playing at the Borgata. What a place to see a true legend in concert. Locally, I’m going with The Bill Koss Combo on the road down at Massey’s Landing. This is going to be a big FUN show and really not that far away. Whereever you go, stay cool!
Do you want to see your band or venue listed here at WTIM?Send an email to redneck@berksmontnews.com with the particulars (at least two weeks in advance) and we’ll get it out there.
