Safe Kids Berks County, Inc. unveiled a new tool to help prevent burn injuries - an inflatable Fire Safety House.

The house was on display at the Dunn Community Center in Exeter Monday morning. It’s the result of a partnership between Safe Kids Berks, area fire departments and two area hospitals; The Reading Hospital and Medical Center and Lehigh Valley Health Network.

The Fire Safety House features several rooms with messages about safety and focusing on the theme of “two ways out” of a burning house. It will be made available for programs around the county, and is geared for students in second through fourth grades.
